Restaurateur, branding and customer services expert, speaker, interviewer, author and TV’s Restaurant Inspector Fernando Peire is director of one of the world’s most famous restaurants The Ivy Restaurant and private room.

Frequented by films stars and Royalty, TV personalities and leading names in the world of business Fernando oversaw the 2016 £5 million refurbishment. He is also Director of the prestigious The Club at The Ivy and sits on the Board of Caprice Holdings.

An incredibly hardworking and talented man Fernando is dedicated to the restaurant business. He is also a consummate networker and is passionate about his job, his customers and maintaining the highest of standards in everything he does.

A fascinating speaker for all types of events including corporates, food festivals and general interest audiences, Fernando’s skills as an interviewer are also well honed and he has worked with incredible names including Sir Roger Moore, Joanna Lumley, John Cleese, Sir Michael Parkinson, Hugh Bonneville, Zoe Wannamaker and many more.
