About The Founder

Sylvia Tidy-Harris is the founder of Tidy Management (formerly STH Management) and is incredibly proud of  her talent roster.  Tidy Management's  eclectic stable is now a one stop source for highly respected and sought after experts, speakers, awards hosts TV presenters, radio broadcasters, authors and journalists.

Sylvia is an ambassador for her dedicated charity Child Bereavement UK (CBUK)

An avid reader, she loves writing and wrote a bi weekly column for The Telegraph's business section (2005-2007).  Sylvia and Fred are extremely close to her family including her parents Bill and Rosa, brother Rob and her late brother's children Scarlette who is Global Marketing Coordinator for Rihanna's new makeup range and Jones who graduates from the University of Las Vegas in Dec 2017.  Others who mean the world to her are her friends and her step daughters Mandy and Kirsty.

She runs the agency with her husband Fred and a wonderfully talented team from the delightful Art Deco building in the grounds of Bosworth Hall.
